It is obligatory for students to abide by the rules of the college. A student may be struck off/suspended from the college roll for any of the following reasons.
Non-payment of fee
Irregular attendance in class/sports
Misbehavior with teachers/Admn staff/fellow students or general misconduct
Showing no progress in studies
Remaining absent in three consecutive tests/send-up exams
Not wearing proper uniform
Carrying of mobile phone/vape/cigarette/weapon etc
Failure to bring their parents for Parents-Teachers Meeting (PTM)
Involvement in political/sectarian activities
Every member of the Faculty is authorized to check the students for the maintenance of Discipline/punctuality.
Misbehavior spoils the prestige of the college and disrupts the smooth functioning of classes. A student showing such behavior may be dropped/struck off from the college roll.
It is the responsibility of all the students to keep the College environment clean and tidy. Therefore, no trash/wrappers/bottles should be carelessly thrown or left in the college premises. Specific waste bins should be used for this purpose.
The students are advised to refrain from any damage to the college fixtures/furniture including blinds/curtains, scribbling/carving/writing on desks/chairs, wall chalking and misusing lab equipment.
The students are advised to strictly follow the code of conduct on the field and off the field while taking part in sports and other co-curricular activities. Students are expected to exhibit exemplary behaviour, especially while representing the college in sports activities/competitions.
College students, especially girls are not allowed to leave the college premises before 1:30 pm except on Fridays.
A student desiring to leave the college must apply in writing. Such application must be duly signed by his/her parents or guardian.
No one will be admitted to the college unless he/she has signed the declaration printed in the admission form and has paid all dues.
Students whose names are dropped from the roll will not be re-admitted or allowed to enter the college.
Students of HSSC Part-II, who have failed in the final exams will not be re-admitted.
Students wishing to leave college should clear all the dues and get the college leaving certificate
Students are not allowed to see visitors in the college.
Anybody who disturbs the educational environment of the institution by shouting, whistling, or howling is liable to disciplinary action under college rules.
Those found guilty of disobedience, rude behaviour to the principal/members of the faculty or leaving the college without the permission of the Principal, will be penalized/fined.
Visitors and Parents are not allowed to enter the class rooms.
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones in the college.
Complaints must be lodged with the Principal and not with the faculty.
Parents can see the Principal from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on working days.
Parents are requested not to make representation for admission and promotion. The policy for admission / Promotion laid down by the directorate of Federal Government Education Institutions (Cantt / Garrisons) is followed strictly.
No personal functions are permitted to be arranged by the students in the college premises.
Students must possess the college identity card all the time in the college. It can be checked any time.
Registration card, result cards and other documents must be kept safe by the students.
